Iroko Pharmaceuticals
The Iroko Pharmaceuticals corporate headquarters, located in Philadelphia's Navy Yard Corporate Center, was awarded LEED Gold certification under the Core & Shell rating system. It was built in compliance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) categories as well as sustainable design principles. The exterior facade, designed by DIGSAU, a Philadelphia-based architectural firm, blends precast concrete panels with glass to maximize natural daytime lighting while minimizing solar gain. The concrete panel composition, produced by Slaw Precast with form liners from Architectural Polymers, creates visual appeal by combining custom 1" flute pattern with sandblast pattern panels.
The Iroko Pharmaceuticals building is the seventh LEED-certified building in the Philadelphia Navy Yard Corporate Center, making it one of the largest collections of energy-efficient commercial properties in the Greater Philadelphia area.
