Architectural Polymers

The Alexander is a luxury residential development in Edgewater, NJ featuring nearly 300 apartments with sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. The nine-story building incorporates 99,597 square feet of precast panels, combining elegant architectural detailing with advanced building performance.

The façade was inspired by classic Park Avenue architecture of the 1940s and 1950s. Architectural Polymers created custom molds to produce the custom concrete art ornamentation while benefiting from the durability, efficiency, and lightweight construction of modern precast concrete.
