The state-of-the-art St. Catharines site and facility, designed and constructed by a team of architects and contractors including AP, opened in March of 2013 and is part of the Niagara Health System (NHS), or Niagara Health (NH) that comprises five sites serving over 450,000 residents across the 12 municipalities making up the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Canada.
