Architectural Polymers helped bring the distinctive exterior of the LPL Financial Campus to life by supplying Versa-Brix® Antique Classic tumbled thin brick form liners for the project's architectural precast concrete panels. Designed as a landmark corporate campus, the development includes a 94,000-square-foot office building clad in architectural precast concrete and a 450,643-square-foot precast parking garage accommodating 1,500 vehicles. The office building features a gray medium sandblast finish accented with tumbled thin brick, creating a timeless façade that complements the campus's modern design.

This project showcases how tumbled thin brick concrete form liners can enhance architectural precast concrete with durable, repeatable finishes while maintaining construction efficiency. Working alongside the design and manufacturing teams, the project successfully combined aesthetic goals with the speed and quality of precast construction. The parking structure's fully precast system accelerated the construction schedule, while Architectural Polymers' form liner technology helped achieve the refined architectural detailing envisioned for this high-profile corporate campus.
