Citrus Ridge: A Civil Academy is a new K-8 school in Davenport, Florida. Designed by Harvard Jolly Architecture, it is noted as the first tilt up school project in Polk County. T&T Construction poured and placed 272 tilt up concrete panels in under 4 months for 7 separate buildings with a total of over 206,000 square feet. The exterior facade for the buildings was created with the Versa-Brix® S single-use thin brick inlay system and over 7,000 square feet of MetroBrick #310 Main Street Wirecut Modular thin brick from Architectural Polymers.
