AP 74-45 Liquid Rubber
AP 74-45 Liquid Rubber is a two-part, liquid polyurethane system that cures (RTV) to a yellow, Shore A45 rubber. This is a pourable rubber, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application.
Directions for use
Part A
Use with all 74-Series Part Bs. Before use, read Technical Bulletin and SDS for mixing and handling instructions. Combine proper amounts of A and B in a clean mixing container. Mix well, scraping sides and bottom several times. Pour over a properly prepared mold or model as soon after mixing as possible. Demold after 24-48 hours at room temperature. Close container tightly after use.
Part B
Before use, read Technical Bulletin and MSDS. Mix ratio by weight or volume is 1A to 1B. Shake or stir Part B thoroughly before use. Combine proper amounts of A and B in a clean mixing container. Mix well, scraping sides and bottom repeatedly. Pour over a properly prepared mold or model as soon after mixing as possible. Demold after 24-48 hours at room temperature. Close container tightly after use.
